The land record line is most critical feature class in this data model as the edges of all polygon feature classes must fall on one of these lines. The intention is to use the land record line to create, split and modify the polygons in the parcel editing feature dataset. In the land record line feature class there should be no duplicate lines lying on top of each other. In cases where a line falls into multiple classifications; use the line hierarchy below to determine its classification. For example if a line functions as a subdivision plat boundary, parcel line and road right of way line the line should be classified as a road row line.
